Last time I played with this, after acpitool obsoletion,
echo enabled > /sys/devices/pci…/power/wakeup

Take into account a systemd's method:
systemctl suspend/hibernate/hybrid-sleep
Soon, if not already, the pm-utils goes to Hollywood ;)
