I was expecting do usuall 'yum install @greek-support' (which work
in all F17- releases), but it install nothing, yum end with:
"Warning: Group greek-support does not have any packages to install.
No packages in any requested group available to install or update"

Comps doesn't contains language support.  It has been moved into a separate plugin which should have installed by default IIRC.  In any case,

yum install yum-langpack
yum langinstall el_GR

Just as a side note, some of the language you listed might have more people speaking them.  Don't call them obscure because you dont recognize them
