Are you getting any SELinux AVCs? What's in the selinux logs?

For purposes of finding out what this problem is, I have SELinux turned off.
The only error that I can find is in the httpd error log:
[authz_core:error] [pid 19455] [client ::1:34474] AH01630: client denied by
server configuration: /usr/share/squirrelmail/scr
however, I don't have a clue as to what that means. All permissions are
correct, as far as I know.
