in which context?

file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-rpmfusion-nonfree-fedora-18-i386
is wrong, they updated their release-package and are no longer using
the arch in the filename, this happened weeks ago

so install the latest release-packages of rpmfusion or
try "yum --nogpgcheck update \*release\*" and after
that the dist-upgrade again

P.S.: get rid of HTML mail to lists
