You did download the .zip file that matches your architecture, i. e. the
one having "linux_64_" in it's name didn't you?

Also, the "xowa_upgrade*.zip" doesn't contain the needed UI libs.
Therefore, unless you're really doing an upgrade, this archive won't be
enough to get the stuff running.
