Briefly: no

Long: In GNOME 3.6 only in fallback mode, not in the normal mode as
Rahul explained. Fallback mode is going away with GNOME 3.8, so
even if you'd use it in fallback mode, it would be for one release at
most.

What compiz features do you use most btw?
