after boot when ntpd don't start ( I disable rc.local)

[root@localhost ~]# systemctl status ntpd.service
ntpd.service - Network Time Service
          Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/ntpd.service; enabled)
          Active: inactive (dead)
