You perhaps attack questions asked in Xfce mailing list(?). IMO for majority of users is reasonable switch their distro to environment which is working and reacting at their occasions. I myself (as Fedora user) was switching to Xfce after F14+ and I gather in this fedora maillist isn't too many tips and documents. Thus I fully understand when someone post one's question to distant list. Why not? For ordinal Linux user, there is significant to resolve their problems.
