After latest updated my system finally has uptime more than 7 days! That was not possible before, it would freeze every 3-5 days.
I looked at latest updates my guess is that latest kernel update is "to blame" for my system not freezing anymore:
Dec 17 08:35:31 Installed: kernel-3.6.10-2.fc17.x86_64
I finally have a work machine I can rely upon!
