When the program starts, just browse to where you have the install .iso and let it go. If it doesn't boot, run the program again and it will give you a command line argument to use that will fix the loader. (I found out about this one the hard way.) Alas, neither the man page nor the help message gives the right argument and it's been long enough that I don't remember it. I do know, however, that if you need it the program will tell you what's needed and that you don't have to rewrite the .iso to get things fixed.
