This is before mounting. Looks like your UUID is 359f5eea-47cb-42c4- b96e-974b6f07ad19. I'll bet that if you look in /etc/fstab, you'll find that there's an entry UUID=d0b7bacc-879a-4b34-9ddd-76f438a28c5d ... make a directory for your new disk and then make an entry for your new UUID that mimics the existing one, with appropriate changes.
