1. Disable polkit.

# perl -p -i -e 's@(^Exec=.*$)@# \1Exec=/bin/false\n@s' /usr/share/dbus-1/system-services/org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.service

2. Make sure polkit will be disabled if a new version is installed:
# yum -y install yum-plugin-post-transaction-actions
# echo "polkit:install:perl -p -i -e 's@(^Exec=.*$)@# \1Exec=/bin/false\n@s' /usr/share/dbus-1/system-services/org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.service" > /etc/yum/post-actions/polkit.action
