koji has it's own cert authority and setup, because it uses certs to
identify packagers and admins. You can use fedora-packager-setup to
setup a cert and import it into your browser if you want it to log you
in. 

That said, there's very little you can do from the web interface when
logged in (the command line client is vastly more capable). 

So, I would just accept the koji cert and move on... ;)
