Is anyone else using Fedora in Australia and noticed that locale settings aren't what they ought to be? Specifically that the system locale, despite being set up during post-installation, was on a US setting. And that personal locales inherit that, and each logon needs manually setting to Australian. And that applications that print need manually setting to A4, instead of already being preset to A4 by the locale (or even not preselecting from the printer settings). -- [tim@localhost ~]$ uname -rsvp Linux 3.6.6-1.fc17.x86_64 #1 SMP Mon Nov 5 21:59:35 UTC 2012 x86_64 All mail to my mailbox is automatically deleted, there is no point trying to privately email me, I will only read messages posted to the public lists. -- users mailing list users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe or change subscription options: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/users Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines Have a question?
