Are you sure that's not actually part of PutriDOS?  Not only does it sound like
something that belongs there, it'd be appropriate.  Back when I did tech support
I preferred to refer to it (not to callers) as OutHouse and OutHouse Excess.

For those of you who are lucky enough not to be familiar with PutriDOS, it was a
hoax OS created by Thom Digby.  PutriDOS was an actively user-hostile OS that
was "maintained" by hex patches either from a user group or one of the three
companies (Putridos, PutridDOS and PutriTech) selling conflicting versions of
the OS and programs.

The original version was created with a vast series of hex patches glued
to a floppy disk.
