You will probably need one profile when you boot Windows directly, and one when you boot it in a virtual machine. I have not used Virtual Machine Manager, but you can read about how to do it with VirtualBox in: 9.8.1 Using a raw host hard disk from a guest Be sure to make good backups and head the warnings. This is for "expert users only" according to the manual. It used to be possible from VMWare, but I have not tried it in a while, so I do not know if it is currently supported.
