what I did sofar:
moved /usr/lib/systemd/system/mysqld.service to
/usr/lib/systemd/system/mysqld.service.orig
copied your version of the service file into
/usr/lib/systemd/system/mysqld.service
systemctl --system daemon-reload
systemctl start mysqld.servic
and is still blocked at the same point
