I would have done...

rpm -q --whatprovides /usr/lib64

Which should have been done before you deleted it.....

I actually DID do that, and found nothing.
But as was discussed in another post,
that rpm command invocation will not expose
libraries which need it. So, for the time being,
I will not be re-creating it, as it was empty anyhow.
