Confirmed via a brief look at dl.fedoraproject.org

However, only Fedora Release Engineering could explain what has happened
in this particular case and whether anything has been done to fix it or
whether the fix is just a side-effect of a recent repo update. It could be
that a similar "hiccup" will affect other multiarch packages in the future.
