More interesting and much more relevant would be the output of

  yum list redhat-lsb

because that one would tell which packages are available and which (if any)
are installed already.

One can see that for x86_64, the previous redhat-lsb is available also as
an i686 build whereas the latest one is available only as x86_64. You can
verify that also by visiting the x86_64 updates repo with your favourite
web browser.

A switch from x86_64+i686 to x86_64-only is a bug, which only affects
users who have both redhat-lsb.i686 and redhat-lsb.x86_64 installed.
One would need to find out why the i686 package is gone and how users are
supposed to recover from the situation (if they don't want to simply remove
redhat-lsb.i686)

It could be a change in the packaging that altered the multiarch compose
of the x86_64 updates repo (and no longer pulls in redhat-lsb.i686).
