Is there any good bandwidth monitor for GNOME fedora (Like KDE network widget or BITMETER OS) ?

If yes, please give me a link

I use this Gnome extension. It gives you a total bandidth measurement in real time
https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/120/system-monitor/

(sorry the screenshot is large because I have a dual-head display setup. On FF browser, click to zoom the image then pan to view. Also notice I have currently set the bandwidth meter to have only text and not graphs, althought it can be easily enabled)

Hope this helps.
