Now that you mention it, I had to rebuild the /boot software RAID
device on two machines due to the sector 63 issue.
(Manually fdisk to move the partition to 2048 and manually rebuild the
RAID array).

*However*, the reason I manually rebuild the /boot array was to
maintain the ability to boot into F15 while F16 was being tested.
(Each using its own LVM partition for root)
