Exactly. IMHO. Installation should be seamless as in the Windows JRE
install, where you get a fully functioning plug-in *and* Java Web
Start.

Remember that once upon a time the plug-in had to be manually copied
and symlinks made by hand by the end user if he wanted to run applets.
Things have slowly progressed and that is not needed anymore, rpm
install of icedtea takes care of that. Well, having a fully
functioning JWS in a seamless fashion for the end user, is the last
hurdle.

I will try to ask around the Mozilla techies...
