First of all, he has already stated that he is using Postfix, not sendmail. 

Second, you should not assume that closing port 25 is an option.   Indeed, if you
would do a little research you'd see....

[egreshko@meimei ~]$ host 202.53.168.75
75.168.53.202.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer mail.navigationbd.com.
[egreshko@meimei ~]$ host -t mx navigationbd.com
navigationbd.com mail is handled by 10 mail.navigationbd.com.

So, it would seem that this system is going to be accepting incoming mails from the
internet for at least one domain......  In that case it would be bad advice to simply
close port 25.
