Adobe Flash isn't in the "Fedora Repositories" it, assuming you've installed it that
way, is in the "Adobe Repository". a.k.a. /etc/yum.repos.d/adobe-linux-i386.repo
and not fedora-updates.repo.
Sorry for the confusion ... what I was trying to say was that I think I
have learned is that Firefox and Thunderbird are part of the "fedora"
package and Abode isn't. So, at EOL, I still get updates on Abode but
not on Firefox/Thunderbird.
Does that clear it up

Yes, I am wanting to upgrade and the Maya window is finite, so I'll do
mail/browsing on Windows until the beta program is over and/or the Mozilla kill
date in April shows up.
