Ah, sorry, did not read your email properly.

However I don't think that what you are looking for exists. Let's say
that there is a crash and abrt starts downloading debuginfos, and
finds out it is above the configured limit. Then what? How can abrt
decide which old debuginfo to remove? Because abrt is not the only
user of this type of files, it can also be used for example by a
developer debugging his code. Perhaps there could be a way for the
developer to mark some debuginfos as not to be removed, but then the
whole thing starts to get complicated and unpractical.
