Thanks, Chris! it has never worked for me. There is nothing special set
up for my firewall. If something needed to be done, shouldn't I be
told (since this is for an inexpert user?) Also, if memory serves me
right, like windoze it does not actually identify errors. It just tells
me; failed (or something like that, all this is from memory pre-F16). I
erase on sight now.....

Your case of having an easy option for the casual user to submit bug
reports is unexceptional. It just did not work for me. 

(Btw, it perhaps makes sense not to require a BZ account for this? Do
many causal users have a BZ account?)
