I saw that the x86 modules can (_should_) be signed int the future. We all know the pros and cons of signing but I'm wondering if all this _crap_ has anything to do with the microsoft's idea to use a signed bootloader, drivers, etc in the latest windoof 8. I think all of you have heard that there's a posibility to make the OEM vendors activate the so called "secure boot" by default. Honestly I'm wondering why (if ever) do we need this step? --joshua -- users mailing list users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe or change subscription options: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/users Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines Have a question?
