I have yum-installed googlecl following a suggestion on this newsgroup, but I have been unable to work out how to use it, or indeed what it is supposed to do. According to the README.txt in /usr/share/doc/ "If you have no idea what this project is or is about, poke around on our home page at http://code.google.com/p/googlecl."; I have done that, and I still have no idea what the project is or is about.
