Rpmfusion has been having gpg problems for well over a month. Sometimes the only way to complete an update is to do *only* the problem packages with gpgcheck turned off, then to a normal update. It's not good, but it's a well-known issue and there's an open ticket reporting it at the rpmfusion bugzilla.
