I find this phrase "it just works" incredibly annoying. Most programs work most of the time, many work all the time - cat, vi, ssh, apache, perl, openvpn - but their authors don't go about saying "it just works". The two programs that cause me the most trouble are NM and KMail2. NM works most of the time, but when it doesn't work it is extremely difficult to work out why, mainly because the error messages might as well be written in Sanskrit. -- Timothy Murphy e-mail: gayleard /at/ eircom.net tel: +353-86-2336090, +353-1-2842366 s-mail: School of Mathematics, Trinity College Dublin -- users mailing list users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe or change subscription options: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/users Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines Have a question?
