Try:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=2649

it should give you a break until F17?

F-15 is the latest I see there?

However, I have found and installed the lite version of
Notecase Pro and it is displaying the notes on my NFS server
so all is happiness and light again. I will pay for the full
version since the price is reasonable and the program works
well, or at least it has through F-15.

So far F-16 [XFCE Live] has installed without a hitch and
seems to work as expected and I am configuring it to look
just like this one and all the others that have preceded it.
I always start with the live version and work from there ...

           Thanks much for the pointers,

           Bob
