Unless Samsung has done something funky, you should be able to do what you want with any uPnP media server application. Mediatomb is well documented and has an intuitive interface, it should work great for your purposes. I personally prefer 'fuppes' because of it's ability to transcode videos on the fly using ffmpeg.
