login scrolling and nologin users showing in upgraded F15 (Re: succeeding gracelessly pre-upgrading F14 to F15)

(Woops. I forgot my real questions. First few, anyway.)

These questions might be answered by a pointer to the configuration
file for the graphical (X11) login program.

I have a number of users that I have added for running firefox as a
non-login capable user. For instance, if a user were "suzan", the
sandbox user would be "suzan-sb", and the default shell for suzan-sb
would be /sbin/nologin . Under F14, such users were not listed in the
graphical login screen. In F15, they are. I'd like to get them out of
the way because of the next issue:

The login user list is too long to fit in the login dialog. But no
scroll bar. I can use the down arrow to get to the hidden users (and
select blindly). I can hit down far enough to be sure I've hit "other"
and type the user name in by hand, as a reasonable wrokaround, but it
would be nice to be have scroll bars and be able to scroll around the
list.
