I wish more people had your attitude. I'm on the CC list for an alacarte bug as I'm one of the reporters. Out of over 100 comments, almost all of them are bug reports with comments that say little if anything more than, "It crashed," or, "I tried to start it and it crashed." I know that back in the days when I did programming, I'd certainly have wanted more info on a report than that, and I try to give reports with the data I'd have wanted if I were on the other end of the report.
