192.168.2.1 is not a subnet, 192.168.2.0 is

yup, changed that, and now the error is different, but the service is still failing - it reports:
Not configured to listen on any interfaces!

my whole dhcpd.conf file:

option domain-name "fedoraleesburg.local";
option domain-name-servers 151.197.0.38, 199.45.32.38;
default-lease-time 600;
max-lease-time 7200;
ddns-update-style none;
authoritative;
subnet 192.168.2.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {
  range 192.168.2.100 192.168.2.199;
  option routers 192.168.2.1;
  default-lease-time 600;
  max-lease-time 7200;
}
