What is Wine asking for here?
Wine-gecko is the Gecko engine for Wine. It is not packaged in Fedora at the moment. You can read up about it on the Wine wiki[1]. Different versions of Wine use different versions (newer) of wine-gecko so you will most likely see that prompt to download the gecko engine quite often. You can use the prompt to download it, but I find it crashes on me. Having the correct version of wine-gecko in /usr/share/wine/gecko will hide the prompt.
