lenovo has two graphic cards? -- Re: Fedora causes laptop to overheat

OK.  I have a brand new x120e.  How do I figure out if it has 2 graphic 
cards and do I need them.  BTW, I DO use the external video VGA.  Both 
to my KVM at home and to projectors at meetings.
