What is the norma setting for tmpwatch in Fedora, couldn't find tmpwatch.conf, tmpwatch --help cheked cron.daily: not knowing script too well. It seem sto be set to clean every 30 days? How can I change it to every day, where something hasn't been used\touched for a day\24hr? where an update won't overwrite changes. Why are the *-unix excluded. #! /bin/sh flags=-umc /usr/sbin/tmpwatch "$flags" -x /tmp/.X11-unix -x /tmp/.XIM-unix \ -x /tmp/.font-unix -x /tmp/.ICE-unix -x /tmp/.Test-unix \ -X '/tmp/hsperfdata_*' 10d /tmp /usr/sbin/tmpwatch "$flags" 30d /var/tmp for d in /var/{cache/man,catman}/{cat?,X11R6/cat?,local/cat?}; do if [ -d "$d" ]; then /usr/sbin/tmpwatch "$flags" -f 30d "$d" fi done -- Regards, Frank Murphy UTF_8 Encoded Friend of fedoraproject.org -- users mailing list users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe or change subscription options: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/users Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines Have a question?
