Sounds like a very 2010 thing to do... I think we now only have voip for customer helpdesk and the switchboard operators. The rest are only on cell phone. The price war between cell phone operators has made it the best solution for us.

And to get on topic again... i didn't see the start of the thread, but remember that there is a yum repo for skype as well.
