You can also try Banshee, my favorite music manager right now. It
still doesn't do everything I would like but it does enough that I'm
not looking for something better.

It does support iPod type devices depending on the iTunes DB version.
That being said, you might not have a recent enough version in the F13
repos...

The Amazon (DRM FREE!) MP3 store integration is very nice! As soon as
a buy something (so far, just the free stuff) it immediately starts
downloading it into my collection.
