/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0:
DEVICE="eth0"
BOOTPROTO="dhcp"
_ONBOOT_=yes
NM_CONTROLLED="no"
TYPE=Ethernet
Rebooting doesn't enable eth0, only lo.
