why do you not stop talking about things you do not understand
show me the javascript to access any local file or shut up

you can not start executebales outside javascript
and javascript has by design no capabilitys to send
local files to web without user interaction

you can not access cookies of foreign domains
so what the fuck is your problem?

if the browser has no bugs there is no one
and that the browser can have bugs is no argument because with
this arguments you must not start any software
