1. Do you mean that you cannot download the rpmfusion configuration
file from http://rpmfusion.org/Configuration/?
or
2. Yum fails to connect to the mirrorlist repository.

If it is the later edit the .repo files, comment out the mirrorlist
stanza, uncomment the baseurl stanza, and replace the defaut repo with
one from the list at http://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/mm/publiclist/
