Doing a "yum clean all; yum update" just results in > the same message. I think I manually removed that kmod-nvidia-2.6.38.3-18.fc15.x86_64-270.41.06-1.fc15.x86_64 package with "rpm -e". Make sure you have the correct combinations of the latest kernels and kmod-nvidia package, though!
