I agree with you that some improvement is needed in this area, as broken network services can remove the affected computer from the Internet, i.e. no available updates, no mail, that may be a problem especially for unexperienced users that are moving to Fedora with no close assistance (I am thinking to a friend of mine that is living in a very small valley on the Alps with no other Fedora user nearby). I understand that affected machines had some stuff in the network script, in my case 3G modem, that is not so uncommon nowadays. My two cents...anyway tnx to all Fedora developers: Lovelock is great -- Antonio M Skype: amontag52 Linux Fedora F15 (Lovelock) on Acer 5720 http://lugsaronno.altervista.org www.campingmonterosa.com www.studiodacolpaloschi.it -- users mailing list users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe or change subscription options: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/users Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines
