firstly apologies to all members for asking a non-fedora question here...
i'm a newbie to octave and would like to plot a bar/frequency graph. however experiencing
some problems due to my data.
x-values y-values
----------- --------------
[1-9] 9
[10-19] 12
[20-29] 3
etc...
i'm having difficulties with octave accepting the x-values. tried entering the values in manually and also reading from a file.
but couldn't get it work. (also couldn't get a classical example i.e. monday 3, tuesday 14 , wednesday 18 etc to work)
has anyone else experienced such a problem and knows how to overcome it?
have a nice day
