Which is because the rpmfusion release packages you point your readers at do not contain
the proper key files and symlinks.

It isn't difficult to rebuild the rpmfusion release F15 package and turn on the
right repos with enabled=1, then offer those packages instead. They are just 13K small
and contain the needed key files already.

rpmfusion's mirrorlist for F15 and F15 updates still points at the 'development'
repo anyway.
