Yum upgrade R14 -> F15 == No Video

Just did an F14 to F15 upgrade with the result being NO VIDEO. Nothing
interesting in the X log, I can see that it was using the Radeon driver.
I also booted a 2.6.39 kernel that I had made which doesn't have kernel
mode setting turned on, and was able to start the X server, but the
video was badly broken.

Box is a Dell Athlon X2 with ATI RV380 (X600) video card. This P.O.S has
had video quirks since F14 (worked fine with F13).

I'd like to try downgrading the X server back to the version that was
working on F14 to see if this fixes the problem, but I have to admit
that I don't know how. I don't think "yum downgrade" is going to work
across release versions.

Any clues will be appreciated.

Thanks,

John
