The gateway is both wired and wireless. The third wired machine is connected to the gateway by ethernet cable. Both Fedora and Powerbook are wireless. Both are wirelesslessly associated with the gateway in infrastructure mode. I have brought down the wired ethernet interfaces on both machines. On Fedora ifdown eth0 On PowerBook: ifconfig en0 0.0.0.0 down but problem persists. I believe the problem could very well be in the crappy at&t/2wire router.
